If you are planning on breastfeeding, which by the way is the best nutritious, developmentally sound way to feed your baby, than plan to meet with a lactation consultant BEFORE you birth.
This is a learning process for both you and baby
Becoming stressed, frustrated and confused can be a realization after coming home from the hospital (especially if there is not much support ie other family members)
Aside from lactation consultants, post partum doulas are also trained to assist with lactation
